Men and Women! Why Do You Attack Islam?
I know, Islam and Muslim bashing is the most spectacular sport in the town! But, is it fair to do so? Isn’t it harsh, unjust, oppressive and totally immoral?

Should 99.96% Muslims Be Involved in Terrorism?
Islamic Terrorism is not senseless and brutal as some media outlets and governments would like us to believe. They also failed to include 72 virgins in their reasoning. However media outlets and western spin doctors have established 72 Muslim virgins as more than gospel truth! Even the most popular “Houri” which is similar to Christian and Jewish concept do not point out towards naked Islamic Terrorism!
Islamic records are more peaceful and constructive to many other groups. Yet, Muslims are blamed for almost everything including terrorism! According to official records, over the last thirty years, 99.96% terrorism came from non-Muslim sources in Europe and 94% in USA. During the same period 7% terrorism came from the Jews including the Jewish Defense League. Yet, everyone treats the Jews as saints!

We have plenty of incidents where Muslims are guilty before even being charged like Sheikh Haron and Dr. Mohammad Haneef!
Despite the overwhelming evidence and records, virtually the whole world is blaming the Muslims for everything! So, in order to match plethora of reckless allegations should the Muslims be committing 99.4% terrorism to match the allegations and ill motivated against them?
Remember, no one can be charged twice for the same offence according to double jeopardy!

The issue of gender equity is important, relevant, and current. Debates and writings on the subject are increasing and are diverse in their perspectives. The Islamic perspective on the issue is the least understood and most misrepresented by non-Muslims and some Muslims as well. This article is intended to provide a brief and authentic exposition of what Islam stands for in this regard.

Women in Ancient Civilizations:
One major objective of this article is to provide a fair evaluation of what Islam contributed toward the restoration of woman’s dignity and rights. In order to achieve this objective, it may be useful to review briefly how women were treated in general in previous civilizations and religions, especially those which preceded Islam (before 610 AD). Part of the information provided here, however, describes the status of woman as late as this century, more than 13 centuries after Islam.

Conclusion:
The status which non-Muslim women reached during the present era was not achieved due to the kindness of men or due to natural progress. It was rather achieved through a long struggle and sacrifice on woman’s part and only when society needed her contribution and work, more especially during the two world wars, and due to the escalation of technological change. While in Islam such compassionate and dignified status was decreed, not because it reflects the environment of the seventh century, nor under the threat or pressure of women and their organizations, but rather because of its intrinsic truthfulness.
If this indicates anything, it would demonstrate the Divine origin of the Quran and the truthfulness of the message of Islam, which, unlike human philosophies and ideologies, was far from proceeding from its human environment; a message which established such humane principles that neither grew obsolete during the course of time, nor can become obsolete in the future. After all, this is the message of the All-Wise and All-Knowing God whose wisdom and knowledge are far beyond the ultimate in human thought and progress.

Qur'an (3.104) "Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity."
The new reverts are the "band of people" who would replace the lethargic "born Muslims" who are unable to stand up for truth and justice.
(110.1-3) "When comes the Help of God, and Victory, And thou dost see the people enter God's Religion in crowds, Celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and pray for His Forgiveness: For He is Oft-Returning (in Grace and Mercy)."
Indeed people are entering Islam in "crowds". More the disbelievers will try to tarnish and demonize Islam more and more people will turn to Islam. Islam gets "burnished" when it is "tarnished", and shines.
When I see people trying to ridicule Islam I keep quiet and wait because I know that the next effect following it will be a mass conversion into Islam.
(2.18) "Deaf, dumb, and blind, they will not return (to the path)."
Which means, not all will revert.
Note: No one raised a sword or pointed a gun at them. They reverted willingly.

More And More People are Turning to Islam, especially after 9/11. September 11 has led to the media giving Islam a lot of attention. Although, the media has mostly reported negatively about Muslims and Islam, it has made people research about Islam. This has led to many to find the Truth about Islam and More readily accept it as their faith.
Allison Poole was Raised as a Southern Baptist Christian. She became Muslim this Ramadan. Alhamdulilah! Since becoming Muslim, she feels more at peace and finds Islam has made he life much better as she has the right belief in God. Her family is completely behind her decision, but she finds fellow Americans still misunderstand Islam and say bad things.
Barbara Cartabuke is also an American who has found Islam post 911. She was a Catholic who always felt praying to Jesus and reading Hail Mary's was wrong. When she found Islam, it was a breath of fresh air and answered all her questions regarding the reality of her existence and of true belief in God.
